As the year 2023 came to a close, the city-building game genre on iOS in Australia showed varied performances across several key titles. Data from Sensor Tower provides us with an overview of how these games fared in the fourth quarter.

Isekai:Slow Life, published by Mars Era Limited, experienced a downward trend in revenue, ending the quarter with $13K after starting at around $24K. Downloads followed a similar pattern, decreasing from approximately 1.8K to 779. Weekly active users fluctuated but ultimately closed the quarter slightly up, from around 3.8K to 4.6K.

SimCity BuildIt by Electronic Arts maintained a steady revenue stream, with a notable spike in mid-November at $17K. The game's downloads saw a rise towards the end of the quarter, peaking at over 2.1K. Active users also saw an increase, ending at around 14.7K from an initial 14.4K.
